To ensure fairness and protect the time and preparation involved in our services, the following cancellation policy applies: 72+ hours before event: Full refund or reschedule at no additional charge. 48–72 hours before event: 50% refund or reschedule with a 25% rescheduling fee. Less than 48 hours before event: No refund. Rescheduling subject to availability and a 50% fee. Same-day cancellations or no-shows: No refund or reschedule. Note: All cancellations must be submitted in writing (email or text) and confirmed by the chef.
